Crispy around the edges, soft and fluffy inside, chocolate cookies with almonds and grated coconut!
Chocolate, coconut, and almond are a fabulous flavor combination and go so well with cookies! These cookies are actually just a chocolate cookie recipe, where chocolate chunks, coconut shavings, and almond slices are added to the cookie dough in equal parts! It couldn’t be easier to make these Cookies! You just mix the wet ingredients, mix the dry ingredients and mix the wet and dry ingredients before adding the chocolate chips, coconut shavings, and almond slices. After the dough is ready, collect it, roll it into balls, place it on a baking sheet and bake for a couple of minutes. These cookies are perfect anytime and a particularly nice addition to a holiday cookie plate!

Ingredient
1 cup (1/2 pound, 2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 Cups All-purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweet coconut shavings
1 cup Toasted sliced almonds
Direction
Cream the butter and sugar before beating in the eggs, followed by the Vanilla.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking powder and salt.
Mix the flour mixture into the wet mixture before gently folding the chocolate chips, coconut shavings and almonds.
Scoop up the dough, 1-2 tablespoons, at a time, form into balls and place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper (or a silicone baking mat) 2 inches apart.
Bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until you start to turn slightly golden around the edges, 8-10 minutes.
