Sloppy joes with jalapeno popper flavor, stuffed with cheddar cheese, cream cheese and jalapenos! Yum!
Although a little messy, sloppy joes are a FABULOUS meal for game day! As incredible as the sloppy joes may be, they get even better when you combine them with the flavors of the jalapeno poppers! This recipe starts with basic sloppy joes with the addition of jalapenos, cream cheese and cheddar cheese! I often like to make jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, and so I add the sloppy joes bacon. Jalapeno poppers are often coated with crispy breadcrumbs and you can fill the sandwiches with crumbled tortilla chips! Either way, they serve this sloppy joe’s jalapeno popper, it’s the perfect meal for the day of the game or a busy week meal!
