Soft fluffy cookies with the incredible aroma and taste of maple, stuffed with pecans and with maple glaze!
Maple is one of my favorite flavors and it’s just awesome in these cookies! These are the best cookies: soft, fluffy, and melting in the mouth well inside, and a little crispy around the edges! The maple flavor in the cookies comes from both maple syrup and maple extract and the glaze adds even more, with maple syrup and powdered sugar! I like to add chopped pecans or nuts, and chocolate cutlets or caramel chips can also be added. These maple pecan cookies are a great addition to any cookie splash, and they are good at any time of the year!
